Simon is the best!
Thank you Simon for our beautiful photos and for everything you did for us on our wedding day and leading up to it. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Simon - he is so much more than a photographer - he helped us coordinate the day and make it flow, stick to timelines, helped calm us down and direct us before the ceremony, helped us decide where and how to cut the cake, was immediately ready with the sun cream when the sun appeared after thunderstorms (sorry Simon we still have your sun cream, oops)! We don’t like posing and aren’t the most natural in front of a camera but we got the most beautiful couple shots because Simon helped make it natural and we didn’t feel like it was a photoshoot. Everyone said Simon was so professional but also fit in so well with all of us and had a laugh and just made the day more enjoyable. George even said the other day that it’s so sad that Simon was such a huge part of our day and now we probably won’t see him again! And this is all before we’d even seen the gorgeous photos. We didn’t have to wait too long for the full gallery and they were so much more than what we had hoped. Clearly Simon has the best equipment including a drone and go pro which were great! I love that the photos don’t look hugely over edited or filtered like some wedding photographers seem to favour, and they just really represent our day as how we remember it. Simon is also an expert at being in lots of places capturing moments when you don’t even know he is there which is a nice surprise looking back at the photos! There’s probably a lot more that I’ve missed but overall when you book Simon you are getting so much more than a photographer and it will be the best part of your wedding budget that you spend.

He made our wedding day what it was. It felt like he had become our friend by the end of it and I will genuinely miss him.
I have only seen two pictures so far but I know the rest will be amazing. We had him at our wedding for 2 days and cannot describe how amazing he made it. He seemed to learn everyone's names, he organised everyone, he worked with what I gave him: sparklers, flying birds, fireworks, party games and a swimming pool and just made it fun. You only have to look at his standard of work to know he is truly one of the best in his field.

‘The Greatest Day Of Our Lives’
Wow!!! We have just received our wedding photos and we are absolutely overwhelmed with how they have turned out.
Simon truly does capture every detail, and I mean EVERY detail and really does care about what he does. The final picture was as important to him as it was to us and you can really tell how passionate he is about his profession. We got married at a venue where there wasn’t many opportunities for intimate photos. Simon was only too happy to take us off site to capture us having a moment to ourselves. It really was worth it and we are so glad we went off and did that.
He was there for us through every moment of our wedding day, offering us any advice and support he could. We could not have got through the day without him. We were surprised to be sent a selection of sneak peak photos the very next morning which we were so happy with. That made us more excited about seeing the final collection!
Once again, thank you Simon. It was the best day ever and you made it that!

Simon not only made our day by capturing it all but he made it by attending. He really has such a passion for photography and his photos really tell that themselves. He gets to know you and makes you feel at ease! He gave us pointers and tips which without them we would have been lost!
He really has such an eye for detail and makes you laugh! We couldn’t have chose a better man for the job. He has such an amazing personality which really helps makes you feel at ease and easy to pose for the camera!
The detail he gives is immaculate, down to the delivery of the final product. You can really tell he cares not only about capturing your big day but making sure you’re happy and comfortable.

Simon has been fantastic with us from start to finish. We went for the titanium package which includes an engagement shoot. Simon worked with us (and our two greyhounds!) to get to know us and get us relaxed in front of the camera.
On the day of the wedding Simon turned up an hour early and didn’t leave til well after 10pm. Everyone loved him, no one noticed him taking photos and the results are brilliant. We had all of our professional photos back within 2 weeks of the wedding! Simon really helped to make our day special and listened to what we wanted from the photos and the experience. He goes over and above, we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
Our dream wedding became a reality!
We got married on 23rd September 2023 at the Sandy Cove Hotel in Devon. It was an absolutely beautiful day, start to finish and we were able to capture our very special moments that we will be able to look back on and treasure for the rest our lives thanks to our incredible photographer Simon from Acronym photography! Not only did he make us feel super relaxed throughout the day, all of our guests were also very impressed with his personality and also made even the formal photos look very natural and relaxed for everyone. He also took time to take us down onto the beach and allowed us to have some beautiful photos on the beach as well! Right from the get go of emailing, Simon was nothing but professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. It was an easy decision to choose Simon for our wedding after a few emails to see he was the right fit for us. The personality and chemistry of the photographer means more on the wedding day than you realise, thats not to take anything away from Simons work simply a thought for all you future brides and grooms. Now the important bit, Simons pictures are simply incredible. He knew how to organise all guests, he knew what makes a great picture and he has gave us and all our guests some incredible pictures to help remember our day. Simon was always there to answer any of our questions and throughout the whole day he managed to capture the atmosphere and the emotions of the day and night as he was there all night. Simon photographed our wedding in February 2023. From our first conversations with him, he couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. He arrived on our wedding morning and got straight to work with getting ready pictures, venue pictures and even took himself off and got some awesome arial shots with his drone! Throughout the day he blended in amazingly, not missing a shot and then during group pictures was absolutely spot on with organising people for the correct picture. Simon got some fantastic shots of us with our dogs - which is no mean feat as they don't sit still for more than three seconds. Simon then stayed on into the night, capturing some excellent dance floor pictures (some of our favourites!) Everyone of our guests commented on Simon, and how fantastic he was at getting people involved for the pictures. Encouraging people to dance and not worry about the camera. By the following morning, I'd had an email with 4 'sneak peak' pictures which were so exciting to see so soon after the wedding. Before long, we had a link to a selection of high definition pictures which told the story of our day. We were beyond impressed looking through these amazing pictures and it was so lovely to be able to re-live our day. Not long after, we got a lovely little parcel in the post containing a USB stick with a phenomenal amount of photos on, and a few other lovely little surprises. The pictures were everything we could have asked for and more. Simon didn't miss a thing, got a prefect picture of every part of the day and was so genuine, kind and helpful. We would 100% recommend Simon to anyone after a wedding photographer.

Simon was the photographer for my wedding on the 2nd July and I couldn’t ask for a better photographer. He had so many great ideas for our couples photos which I’m literally obsessed with. He’s so easy to get on with (and by request he wore the most epic doc martens!) he made the photos fun and not a chore. He was also EVERYWHERE we literally got photos that just happened in the moment and they are just beautiful. I couldn’t recommend Simon enough!! He was amazing! And if your wondering how long do you need your photographer I wish I had booked him for longer as I didn’t want the photos to end! 10/10

Simon was great from the get go, we had a chat on the phone and he instantly put me at ease and gave me a feel for his personality and photography style. He was always very quick to respond to any queries and very friendly. On the day he brought great energy, spoke to all the guests, helped out with anything he could and gave great advice. The prefect day!
Simon captured our day perfectly! We were both very relaxed and unsure of what sort of photos we wanted so we let Simon take the rains and we were not disappointed. Every single photo was amazing, all 1,215 of them!!

From the get go Simon met with us to get a feel for what we wanted and to explain a few things about how it works. Throughout the day he was always on point, directing people clearly and ensuring the formal shots were done with "no floating hands". Yet the photos that have blown us away were the more natural shots and the more artistic shots which Simon's judgement was so good on.
He blended into the background when not doing formal shots and gained some truly wonderful character filled photos of touching moments, which we will treasure for many years.

From the very first enquiry on the phone, to our first meet & greet (in the pub!!) prior to the big day, he made us feel so relaxed. (even though, supporting a black eye when we first met.....we liked to set you a challenge :-) )
On the wedding day, his approach, again was fantastic and our guests mentioned how amazing he was with them. The end result was some truly magical photos, which now have pride and place around our home and shared with family and friends.
